First Time i tryied and ordered kratom delivery was late but because of DHL anyhow in a week was here and good quality kratom.

Steven, we ship all orders on time. But once it is shipped it is out of control. We depend on DHL but if they have a plane that breaks down, we and our customers feel it. So far, their service level is pretty high but they can never achieve 100%.

Your service was excellent but DHL let you down. I was at the house all morning and they didn’t come in through the gate to deliver. This meant the package wasn’t delivered on time, it didn’t get delivered until the day after Easter, Tuesday 23rd and we had already left to go back to the USA.

Louise, thx for the understanding. We are aware of the DHL issues (still above 99% delivered on-time), but we do not control them, if you use Express you have a better service level and on demand delivery options. But even then ..... if the plane breaks.....it will be late.
