Schon zum zweiten Mal konnte DHL mein Paket nicht zustellen, und ich weiß nicht einmal, wo es sich gerade befindet. Ich werde hier nichts mehr bestellen. Schade, denn ich war seit 5 Jahren Stammkunde.

I have been buying from Kraatje for years, as I need kratom every day because of my PNP. To avoid exposing my body to heavy metals or mold, I asked Kraatje for laboratory analyses. Twice. No response. That was it for me with Kraatje. If the company does not test its products, I consider it untrustworthy.

I had to cancel my order due to unforeseen circumstances, and while the cancellation itself went smoothly, the refund process has been frustrating and disappointing. I was told I would receive a refund promptly, but over a week has passed and there’s still no sign of the money being returned.

Al jaren bestel ik hier. Nooit problemen gehad. Opnieuw besteld op 10 juni. Pakket blijft hangen bij UPs (dit punt bestaat blijkbaar niet meer). 3 emails gestuurd, ze komen niet aan, info@kraatje.eu kan je dus niets mee doen. Telefoneren werkt ook niet. Dit is reeds 14 dagen zo.
