No response. That was it for me with Kraatje. If the company does not test its products, I consider it untrustworthy.

I had to cancel my order due to unforeseen circumstances, and while the cancellation itself went smoothly, the refund process has been frustrating and disappointing. I was told I would receive a refund promptly, but over a week has passed and there’s still no sign of the money being returned.
