Almost a month, still no package. Kraatje is not responding to my emails.

James, we did respond and explained that the shipment will be checked by Customs (routine check) and this can take some time. You ask us to cancel/refund the shipment. But we have to wait until we get feedback back from DHL. This is out of our control.
