The first 2 times it was delivered correctly to a locker as expected, however every time since the delivery company has refused to deliver to a locker and require me to drive 40 minutes (each way), to my local UPS depot

La qualité des produits n'est plus a demontrer, elle est toujours excellente, ainsi que les prix pratiqués. Les moyens de paiement sont tres divers et cela est bien agreable , Kraatje est tres certainement la'une des meilleures ou trouver la qualité, les prix et l'expedition au plus pres des interets du consommateur !

Review collected by a third partyI usually receive a great service but this time my package was sent to the wrong postcode I tried to contact you about it but got no email from the support team because of this I had to buy another package as I thought the previous one was lost in the mail because of the hassle and disappointment I was told that the support team would contact me and discuss some type of compensation for hassle it caused but this never happened

They provide a consistently high quality service and have been predictable in the best ways possible when it comes to pricing, delivery times and communications. In terms of the products themselves, it is really important to remember that Kratom is a natural product and consequently has natural variation in terms of strength. Nine times out of ten, the product that arrives here is fantastic, with the odd batch occasionally missing the mark. After trying many vendors, that hit/miss ratio is really good. Best Kratom sellers ever!
