last 2 orders were strange. absolutely no effect at all. I was using it for codeine withdrawal which was going fine until last week. Had to go full cold turkey and past the painfull bit now.

Ordered few times, Kratom is not working. Not even a small effect. i was keep buying because i thought it was something with me, but it was not. U can check on another opinions and on reddit that they are selling bunk product, its not working and they should stop selling it, but sadly they keep going. Please avoid this shop.

Been a loyal customer for years. Aided in issues with trustpilot and signing petitions for them and even promoting on my social media. After one issue I contacted them and basically got spat in the face for my loyalty by a typical Karen. I paid double price for a "premium" strain which I previously had and really liked. I even left and outstanding review for it. This time though I had a bad batch which basically done nothing for me. I spent £70 and it was a total dud. Finished it in 24 hours trying to get high. When I contact them about it they accuse me of trying to rip them off when I was the one that got ripped off. Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time.

Excellent delivery but poor quality kratom. The effects were minimal and unpleasant. Coming from someone who lived on a kratom farm in asia the effects were 5% of the real thing

kratom is great, I would give it 10/10 but the delivery with ups is really bad. they wrote to me that they would come 9:30-13:45. I waited for them until 14:30 and they did not come. today they sent me an email that my package is in the mail room. Delivery for almost €8 is a pure disaster
