Has been over 1 week and still do not have package or know when I will receive it. Incorrect and incomplete information on website regarding shipping costs and delivery exceptions. No tracking number provided. Nothing but confusion with the delivery service. (HDL) I will rate the product if I ever receive it.

I ordered from Kraatje 3 times, my last order was for 150 euros. I requested them to add a sample of another strain with this 3rd order, but they considered that I was probably not important enough to offer this. While samples are regularly offered in most other shops. What a lack of consideration for a multiple times returning customer. There are far cheaper options in Europe but Kraatje was the only one to offer a credit card service. Next time I will do it by bank transfer and go elsewhere. Alex

max relax 5gramm sehr geringe wirkung anak borneo 5gramm sehr geringe wirkung. als ich es das letzte mal als pulver bestellt hatte waren 2,5gramm doppelt so stark. grenn malay 5gramm sehr gerine wirkung. bei der ersten bestellung waren waren 3 kapseln(1,5gamm) stärker als die 10 kapseln(5gramm) die ich diesmal bekommen habe red thai ist diesmal auch schwächer als letztes mal. aber es wirkt besser als die anderen drei

Yousef, we always recommend to start with a sample package so you know witch strains works best for you. Green Malay is our best selling strain by far, if that one was not good we would have lots of negative feedback (we do not).

Dorian, your order was send with Briefpost (your own selection). It normally takes around 4 days to Germany, but it can take longer (10 days or more even). Since it is Briefpost we can not track it and we do not know when it will be delivered. But it normally always gets delivered. If you want your package faster: please select DHL next time, this way you can track it. It is only a few euro more in shipping cost.

Jermaine, Takkra is very personal and we mention on the site to first test it. It is one of these strains the does or does not work for you (browse the rating people love it or not). We always advice new takkra customer to take a small sample.

Paul, looks like you ordered one strain ones. If you are new to Kratom we always recommend ordering the sample package. Kratom is very personal and the strain you ordered might have little effect for you while other strains might have a much better effect.
