My advice to anyone is to avoid any type of kratom. I am nearly at the end of tapering off kratom.its been a long hellish experience. Kratom is great at first but it builds up a tolerance ,so you need more and higher dosage .I tried to stop but felt like I was in hell .Just like any other drug. I became extremely ill and the only way out was to taper down gradually. It was a long slow process but I'm nearly free of it, and will never get sucked in by it again. Bad choice but so glad and proud I have got my life back before it was to late. Never ever take kratom is the best advice to anyone .

The product did not work for me the 1st time I took it. I contacted Kraatje and was told to double the dose which I did but this gave me a dreadful headache and no pain relief. When I contacted Kraatje again requesting information about the various colours of Kraatje and whether they would recommend the other colours to try help with my pain relief or try a combination of all 3 colours I was told to go to my Doctor! This is a ridiculous answer. If we could get proper pain relief from our Doctors we wouldn't be buying Kratom online plus Kratom has not been legalised to take in my country so how could I possibly approach my Doctor?. Hoping to return the product and get a refund.

I wanted some of the red strains for Opiate withdrawal, yet iv been sent all green & none of them are of any decent quality

Did not receive the package

Iam ordered Green Malay Kratom, but no taste and no smell. The effects like other white kratom, and I dont like it.

Totaal niet tevreden. Tot twee keer toe verkeerde product gekregen, geen reactie van de klantenservice en te late levering.

Hab niedrige Toleranz. Aber Produkt von kratom etcetera, enhanced Borneo ist schon besser. Bestimmt kann man aber nach einer Pause sagen.

To be honest I am very disappointed in the 2 products I received. Both my wife and I took the recommended dosage on the website of 4-5 grams 5 different times and did not feel anything. We took 15 capsules each (about 5 grams) and didn't feel much of the effects from either. We ended up taking 2-3 grams more than what was recommended and felt a slight effect but nothing like explained on the website. We didn't feel good about having to take around 20 capsules to feel the effects though so we discontinued taking it. I was also going through my product really fast without having the desired effects. That is way too many capsules to consume without feeling much so I feel the product or batch was diluted or faulty. We are not regular or long time Kratom users either so it had to be something with the product. I live in the United States and just discovered Kratom a couple months ago. The Bali Gold Kratum I purchased there was far superior to what I received from your company. I am in Europe until 7/17 and ran out of the product I purchased in the states and decided to try Kraatje. Based on reading the expected effects on your website I was excited to try a couple new strains out like I purchased. Perhaps the strains I purchased were weaker or just not a good batch but I am not sure. If that is the case I would greatly appreciate if your company would send something else to me to try out which may have more of an effect to try. I picked those 2 because 1 was supposed to give you energy and euphoria and the other was more of a sedation effect. On a positive note, I really liked how smoothly and quickly the product arrived. Very organized and efficient ordering and delivery process. Best regards
