Wij versturen alles in brievenbuspost formaat (post en dhl brievenbus doosje). Dat zijn standaarden in Europa qua maten. Maar als iets dan niet in een brievenbus past kunnen wij daar uiteraard weinig aan doen. En dat kunnen we uiteraard ook niet vanaf hier zien. Snelheid: alles wordt dezelfde dag verzonden.

Very good products. It's a shame though that we have no other choice but to choose DHL delivery, which is pretty expensive (half the price of 50g of kratom! and for regular 2/3 days shippment only) It should propose regular shippment even if it takes longer to arrive. I Always hesitate to purchase on this site or another one because of the high cost of shippment forced. Plus, you Don't even know where it is going to land. You cannot choose either your pick up point…

This way we can track packages. Letter post takes to long and some just get lost. Pickup point (and other options), with DHL Express you an select these.

First 100g powder work like described. Got the pills this time and I haven't felt the slightest difference. Maybe I got a bad batch or colouring powder. I even took the kratom out the pills to measure the amount I usually take as powder. NADA...

Ik heb eerder kratom gehad van een andere site. Dat was Red VB. Die was zeker een stuk beter dan deze special edition. Ik wil het nog één keer proberen op deze site (tweede kans) en hoop dan een goede te hebben. Van de special edition kon ik zoveel pakken als ik wil en voelde ik voornamelijk wat aan mijn ogen, verder niet veel. Toen ik teveel van de Red VB van de andere site nam, iets meer als 5 gram, moest ik overgeven, zo heftig was die. Die had veel meer stimulerende effecten.

Ich habe mir ein Sample mit 8 Sorten bestellt und nur das Green Malay ist wirklich gut, die anderen Sorten waren eher mittelmäßig.

I ordered 100g of premium Edition and paid for Fedex shipment for a total of $70. I just opened up my parcel and there is barely 40 grammes inside the packet. On top of that there is no label on the packet just a plain brown packaging and the powdered kratom inside, which could be any strain really. I am very disappointed because I had ordered last month and the service was fast and the product was as described. I am waiting for a full refund and an explanation from Kraatje. I will update this review after having had a reply from their customer service, hoping to resolve this swiftly. Update : I can confirm that Kraatje sent me a full refund following my claim - although it’s taken almost a month - but thank you for solving the issue in a professional way!
