I received an email asking me how my purchase was but I still haven't even received the package yet. I understand there can be problems with deliveries but almost every order I've made has been delayed (this one delayed twice and now just doesn't have a delivery date showing at all). The product itself has always been fine, but it is a little bit frustrating paying for next day delivery when it just doesn't seem to be possible to achieve.

Rien à redire concernant le service client, irréprochable, mais depuis quelques temps la qualité à régressé, je ne dis pas que c'est la faute de Kraatje mais c'est hélas le cas.. Aussi les stocks sont épuisés depuis quelques moi déjà, en espérant qu'ils se rechargent sous peu.

They're normally pretty consistent, tried a green riau that was weaker than any of the strains I tried/kept giving me headaches. hopefully they sort out the supply issues.
