Way too expensive, guys. I buy double the amount I need from Kratom Bird. I used to be a regular client of yours until I discovered Kratom Bird. £200 a time for a kilo from you guys as opposed to £100 a kilo from Kratom Bird. And the quality from Kratom Bird is just as good as your product is. I bought from you guys this time, as Kratom Bird did not have the product I use in.

The product is always great, but it hasn't arrived. I chose DHL, but it came with UPS who it always gets lost with for a while. Not your fault guys, but thought you should know.

Quality varies a lot. they advertise 1 day delivery in the EU but it always takes at least 3 days. Currently most strains are out of stock more than in stock.

I received an email asking me how my purchase was but I still haven't even received the package yet. I understand there can be problems with deliveries but almost every order I've made has been delayed (this one delayed twice and now just doesn't have a delivery date showing at all). The product itself has always been fine, but it is a little bit frustrating paying for next day delivery when it just doesn't seem to be possible to achieve.
