I ordered 100g of premium Edition and paid for Fedex shipment for a total of $70. I just opened up my parcel and there is barely 40 grammes inside the packet. On top of that there is no label on the packet just a plain brown packaging and the powdered kratom inside, which could be any strain really. I am very disappointed because I had ordered last month and the service was fast and the product was as described. I am waiting for a full refund and an explanation from Kraatje. I will update this review after having had a reply from their customer service, hoping to resolve this swiftly. Update : I can confirm that Kraatje sent me a full refund following my claim - although it’s taken almost a month - but thank you for solving the issue in a professional way!

Dont Ship to Denmark anymore , big mistake. May I suggest that you ship to all countries ,but Mark certain countries as high risk. And shift ingredients on weakly basis.

No problem for my order , but i'm disapointed by the product...i know the kratom from thailand ,by eating fresh leaves and dry powder too.but on your product i don't refind the feeling of kratom ,dynamic , exalting , talkative. Your product ( white sumatra and green malay) i've ordered are more more opïode like , even in small quantity ,Heavy on stomach ,very smooth felling like codeïne pills . Would you tell me why??

Valerie.... Kratom from Thailand is a different strain: it is Red Thai kratom and it is illegal in Thailand. And yes it has a different effect than the ones your ordered (you described the correct effects).

Lieferzeit und Verpackung sehr gut Beschreibung ebenfalls aber das Produkt an sich ich hatte Green malay ist von meinen Erwartungen her nach der Beschreibung nicht annähernd so spürbar wie erwartet. Beim erstmal ist es ganz okay es wird einem im Laufe des Tages etwas übel und man merkt einen leichten Vibes aber ich hatte schon was wovon ein halber Teelöffel ausreichend war und man deutlich mehr gespürt hatte und auch keinen Appetit somit nur *** Sterne denn das Produkt an sich steht immer noch mit 22€ bei 100gramm im Vordergrund
