Dat is op zichzelf geen probleem, maar ik kan mij voorstellen dat dit voor andere klanten die minder goed hun talen spreken problematisch kan zijn. Bovendien komt dit op mij vreemd en onbetrouwbaar over. Thank you for your reaction to my review, perhaps I will get my original message across if I respond in English. To be clear, I do not have any issue with my order being delayed. I understand that, considering the current situation with Covid, Brexit and the weather, a delay was inevitable. My 'issue' is more like a suggestion: I received several correspondence items regarding my order in several different languages: Dutch, English and French. That in itself is not a problem (at least to me), but I'd like to point out that this may be a problem to people who are less comfortable with languages and that handling correspondence like this may come across as less reliable.

Beoordeling verzameld door een derde partijFast shipping and no issues to United States:The negative comments regarding shipping coming from the US I don't think are fair. We are in the middle of a pandemic as we all know and I know businesses are doing the best they can. They also can't control the shipping speed. We need to understand that all falls on the courier's. Anyway, I placed my order and checked on it periodically and it kept updating until it shipped. Once it did, I got tracking and my order came in very quickly. It's worth noting that it was with normal shipping speed also. I would gladly order from these people again. I can only speak from my experience and it was excellent! Thank you again 1001 Modelkits!

Beoordeling verzameld door een derde partijDelivery time FAR TOO LONG!:With a .co.uk website and a UK contact number, assumed it was a UK based company as nothing to give true location obvious on website. MISTAKE. Ordered two in-stock items on 23rd December and received 9th February. Far too late to be of any use and ignored all my polite requests to cancel order and refund. Accept Brexit excuse but expected delivery delays should be made much more obvious at time of order. Covid is not acceptable as every other supplier is managing perfectly well. Will not trouble them with my business again.

I was then advised it would very soon but still waiting for delivery to take place. No further correspondence from seller. Still waiting for delivery.
