Review collected by a third partyIk moet de mountain king soort nog even uitproberen, maar ga er vanuit dat het een goede ervaring op zal leveren, aangezien dit wordt omschreven als een kratom van extra hoge kwaliteit (is ook duurder). Kratom in capsules is bijzonder aan te raden. Je weet exact hoeveel je neemt, en je proeft de bittere smaak niet. Het nadeel is wel dat ze wat groot zijn dus je moet er even aan wennen om ze in te nemen. Maar ik doe zelfs vaak 2 tegelijk wegspoelen met beetje water dus dit is niet zo'n probleem.

Review collected by a third partyKratom is van goede kwaliteit. Er wordt snel geleverd er is bij mij nog nooit iets misgelopen. Website is overzichtelijk en informatief, hoewel de website een beetje gedateerd overkomt. Maar dit zegt niks over het product, die is top. Ik hou ook van de papieren zakken en het design. Goede en betrouwbare webshop.

Review collected by a third partyBeen a loyal customer for years. Aided in issues with trustpilot and signing petitions for them and even promoting on my social media. After one issue I contacted them and basically got spat in the face for my loyalty by a typical Karen. I paid double price for a "premium" strain which I previously had and really liked. I even left and outstanding review for it. This time though I had a bad batch which basically done nothing for me. I spent £70 and it was a total dud. Finished it in 24 hours trying to get high. When I contact them about it they accuse me of trying to rip them off when I was the one that got ripped off. Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time.

Everything is incredibly well packaged, so I’ve never had any damaged deliveries. Every product I’ve ordered has been great and now I use Kraatje exclusively.
