    Heb nu meerdere keren besteld. Normaal gesproken ben ik super tevreden. Alleen deze keer is mijn pakketje bij iemand anders voor de deur gelegd. Normaal gesproken zou dit niet zo’n probleem zijn maar aangezien het hier niet gaat om een een paar sokken, vind ik dit best een kwalijke zaak. Dit ligt dan natuurlijk meer aan de bezorger dan aan jullie. Daarbij heb ik de red thai capsules een tijdje geleden besteld maar merk hier echter weinig van. Voor de rest ben ik altijd super tevreden over de kwaliteit van het product en levertijd. Kort na mijn review is er contact met mij opgenomen. Ter compensatie een nieuw product gekregen naar keuze. Top service.

    NL: Dat is niet zo netjes van de vervoerder. We zullen daar melding van maken. Je kunt eventueel ook een instructie voor de vervoerder, bijvoorbeeld "Niet bezorgen bij de buren", ingeven bij het opmerkingen veld bij factuuradres. Wanneer je daar instructies invult, wordt daar een label van afgedrukt en op het pakketje geplakt. Ander alternatief is een pakje naar een service point laten sturen en het daar ophalen. De klantenservice zal nog contact opnemen over de capsules. EN: That's not very nice of the carrier. We will report that.     Great products as always and excellent service. My first payment didn’t go through due to a typo in billing address. As my loyalty voucher would not be accepted again the team sent me a 20gram sample of a different strain to make up for it. Very happy customer.
