    Goedemiddag, Zoals wij u al uitgelegd hebben aan de telefoon heeft u de Pulman New Way besteld en gekregen , dit is exact het artikel dat u besteld en ontvangen heeft. Na telefonisch contact met uw vader gaf hij aan de Pulman schoen met een rits aan de achterzijde te willen hebben, dit zijn de Pulman New Comfort en niet de Pulman New Way zoals besteld. Het is dan ook erg vervelend een beoordeling te ontvangen terwijl u zelf het verkeerde artikel besteld .Mocht u voortaan willen bestellen dan adviseer ik u informatie in te winnen bij onze klantenservice zodat wij u naar het juiste artikel kunnen doorwijzen.
