I've been a client of Kraatje for years now. The products are superior to anything else in the market, and the fulfilment & customer support is excellent. I've had issues some times but it was always a problem with the couriers, which is outside of Kraatje's control. Even then, Kraatje staff are always quick to respond and solve the issue. Nothing but gratitude and respect for this business!

The product is always great, but it hasn't arrived. I chose DHL, but it came with UPS who it always gets lost with for a while. Not your fault guys, but thought you should know.
