Very very fast shipping - 24-48 hours. Communication is excellent, all the strains I've tried were the highest possible quality. I recommend GW for morning, RB Classic for sleeping and pain. Also, get Special editions while they are there, it's totally worth it. I recommend Limited Edition for VERY potent energy, which is the longest lasting. Also, the gummies are excellent for someone who doesn't like the taste or wants to taper down gradually (suggest broad spectrum). This is all natural. These guys saved my life from multiple lifelong addictions. Other shops sell sand(nojoke). Thank you

Fast and effective delivery, however have contacted about dog hairs in the bags and differing strengths all the time with no response at all from the company a few bags ago I noticed such a difference it was scarey what it was doing to my chest. I will monitor the next bag but may have to change supplier

Hi Lolo, I am sorry about your bad experience. We aim for very hygenic practices and want to give you the same quality everytime. Unfortunately, you did not get this experience I want assure you, all our kratom is thourougly filtered and sterilized. A dog hair making its way in your bag is very unlikely. It is possible that a hair has fallen in the bag from one of our collegues, when preparing your order. This should not happen. Regarding the difference in potency. Kratom is a natural product, and this can greatly influence the potency. One batch is sometimes stronger than the other. We are working on imrpoving product information, so that customers can see the test results of the batch we are currently using.
