The product did not work for me the 1st time I took it. I contacted Kraatje and was told to double the dose which I did but this gave me a dreadful headache and no pain relief. When I contacted Kraatje again requesting information about the various colours of Kraatje and whether they would recommend the other colours to try help with my pain relief or try a combination of all 3 colours I was told to go to my Doctor! This is a ridiculous answer. If we could get proper pain relief from our Doctors we wouldn't be buying Kratom online plus Kratom has not been legalised to take in my country so how could I possibly approach my Doctor?. Hoping to return the product and get a refund.

Very satisfied, delivery was fast and reliable and the tracking provided was really useful. I have used this vendor many times and I have one once had any issue with an order, I once was sent the wrong amount of a particular strain but after a few quick emails the mistake was handled efficiently and the remainder of my order arrived promptly.
