Review collected by a third partyItem has gone missing, tracking goes no further than a promise to re-deliver middle of last week, dates in the response are not correct. Perfectly legal hemp product was stopped by FDA, customs charges slapped on and now has gone missing with no response from Kratje. Will never buy from Kratje again as it seems that's £200 down the tubes. In response to your response, the FDA did examine the package, it's stated in tracking, that has nothing to do with the value and you know it but you wouldn't want your customers knowing there's every chance they will loose out on there purchase, you know as well as I do that Kratom is illegal and lots of people will be losing out. Are you going to take responsibility or keep passing the buck? Absolute scum, another day wasted because of your empty promises, yet again no show on a promised delivery date. The absolute pits. We are sorry that your delivery has been delayed. Package is not missing. It was delayed by customs, where you have to pay taxes. This has nothing to do with the product, but with the total order amount. Package was offered on 17-1, 20-1 and 21-1 by UPS and this will happen again today the 22nd. Please note: There is no weekend delivery and please click on your tracking number to see all the details. If this goes wrong again, it may be an option to have the package forwarded to a UPS Parceshop and pick it up there at a time that suits you. You can arrange this yourself in the tracking (UPS My Choice). Kraatje responded to your email within 24 hours.
