Geverifieerde beoordelingDon’t really know if I have to call them thieves or liars, or both, from the highest order. Never received my order (worth of €350 so not too modest), send an email how to solve this. The customer service ignored me a long time and IF they answered, it where short messages telling me I had to wait patiently. After weeks of waiting I got the feeling something was off and so it was. After contacting the post company it turned out that no investigation had ever been started. In the meanwhile two months had passed and I still had no package nor my money. The customer service still promised they should stay in investigation and had to wait for the results. The last promises where the results would come out the 17th of February and after those results they could (finally) give either a refund or send another order. Three months after my original order. At the 19th of February I send Glisshop an email. The results should be in (and should have been known months earlier). The only email I have gotten back is: A form to start an investigation. Wait. What? After three months of stringing me along and promising the investigation has started from the very beginning. Stay far, far away from this shop.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the poor delivery experience and the fact that your parcel was left in an unsafe location by the driver. We opened an investigation with the carrier Mondial Relay on 26 December, as soon as you contacted us. This initial claim was rejected by them on 23 January, as they stated that the parcel had been delivered. This required us to restart the process from the beginning. We were finally able to obtain a positive outcome on 3 March, and your refund was issued. Please note that we worked directly with our partner Mondial Relay France throughout the entire investigation, not with the agency in the Netherlands. This may explain why you were mistakenly informed that no investigation had been initiated. International delivery disputes always take time to resolve, and unfortunately, your case was particularly lengthy.
