Then you didn’t read my request properly. You never replied if you could send me a clean pair in time for my holiday or if you could give provide another suggestion. All I got was a return label. Pretty crap as you left replying very long at which point I could not find a solution elsewhere in time for my holiday. The shoes are now used and I’m a very unhappy customer as the stains still don’t come out

Geverifieerde beoordelingI placed two orders with Glisshop this month, and unfortunately, both were problematic. Order 1 (July 2, 2025): The parcel was shipped via DPD and supposedly delivered to a parcel locker. When I went to collect it, the locker was empty. The order contained large items (backpack, via ferrata set, helmet) that clearly could not fit in the locker in the first place. Later, I was informed that the package was automatically being returned to France and nothing could be done to stop it. This was extremely frustrating because I had a planned trip to the Alps and needed this gear urgently. Glisshop offered to ship the package to my destination, but since I would be moving from campsite to campsite, this was not a viable option. In the end, the order was finally resent to my home address, but far too late for my trip. Order 2: When this order arrived, two products were missing (one carabiner and a Dyneema sling), and the box showed signs of having been cut and retaped by DPD. Clearly, the package was tampered with during transit. I had to provide multiple photos and explanations before Glisshop agreed to process a refund, which they eventually did as a “commercial gesture.” The good: Communication was polite throughout. Eventually, Glisshop refunded the missing products and resent the first order. The bad: Choice of courier (DPD) was disastrous: poor handling, security failures, no accountability. Packaging seemed inadequate to prevent tampering. Customer service was reactive, not proactive. For a time-sensitive order, I expected faster and more creative solutions. Too much burden was placed on me to prove what happened, even when issues were obvious. Overall: While Glisshop did resolve the problems in the end, the entire experience was stressful and time-consuming. If you need gear urgently or rely on perfect fulfillment, think twice. Glisshop can (and should) do much better in terms of logistics partners, packaging security, and customer experience.

Geverifieerde beoordelingVerzending ging niet helemaal goed. Het pakketje bleef hangen op 'in transit', maar was al een paar dagen bij het oppikpunt. Met hulp van het oppikpunt toch het pakketje gevonden. De shop is okay, maar de gekozen vervoerder (Chronopost) is niet goed.

Houd er wel rekening mee dat dit een Franse webshop is - dwz dat de pakketjes een paar dagen onderweg zijn, en je verzendkosten betaslt voor een evt retourzending. Dit staat keurig en duidelijk op de website vermeld.
